Homer Paul Imbraguglio passed away on Monday, March 30, 2015 at the age of 90. He was the beloved husband of the late Rose Cimino Imbraguglio. Loving father of Deborah I. Jones and Marian M. Edmonson. Son of the late Pascal and Alma Knopp Imbraguglio. Proud grandfather of Danielle Rose Ricks, Lisa M. Thorpe and Sean H. Jones. Great-grandfather of Thomas, Megan, Shawn, Brian, Alex, Kimberly, Felicia and Jennifer Thorpe. Brother of the late Larry, Joe, Pascal Jr., George, Jed, Santa, Harriet and Hilda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear...

Homer Paul Imbraguglio passed away on Monday, March 30, 2015 at the age of 90. He was the beloved husband of the late Rose Cimino Imbraguglio. Loving father of Deborah I. Jones and Marian M. Edmonson. Son of the late Pascal and Alma Knopp Imbraguglio. Proud grandfather of Danielle Rose Ricks, Lisa M. Thorpe and Sean H. Jones. Great-grandfather of Thomas, Megan, Shawn, Brian, Alex, Kimberly, Felicia and Jennifer Thorpe. Brother of the late Larry, Joe, Pascal Jr., George, Jed, Santa, Harriet and Hilda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Homer was a native of New Orleans, LA and a 54-year resident of St. Bernard Parish before settling in Prairieville, LA. He was well loved and will be forever remembered as a loving and loyal husband, father, grandfather and brother, who enjoyed automobiles, card playing and bingo, but treasured his family above all else.



Special thanks to the staff of Landmark of Baton Rouge for their care and compassion. You helped make Homer’s final years comforting and happy.



Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Thursday, April 2nd from 12:30PM – 2:30PM, followed by a funeral service beginning at 2:30PM. He will be laid to rest with his wife in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
